Khuga Sadar Presbytery has different kinds of activities from the very since then. It has many views of aims and objectives to spread the gospel of the Lord's to the peoples in different parts of the world. Its main activities were an extension of the kingdom of God in spreading the gospel, doing good deeds and upliftment of the Church.
- One of the main activities was building Church within the Ministry particularly.
- By granting a Church grant to the Church.
- The Relief & Development Committee has joined a hand for the needy church member like, seriously injured of sick church member, critically backward church members, senior citizen's or pensioner's etc
- The Sub-Pastoral Committee looks after the Pastoral ministry and the workers.
- And one of the main target or activities to established more and more mission field and produced more and more missionary in the ministry in order to strengthen the gospel of the Lord's.
- To established a mission English schools in order to develop the culture as well as the spiritual life by spreading the words of God by teaching. And has established two schools now at Tispari Mission School in Tispari near sekmai and Tonglon 'D' mission school respectively.
